Reporting a problem
These details help us find the cause quickly:
- your device and browser, for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome";
- the video's format, size and length, for example "MOV, 1.2 GB, 8 minutes";
- the settings you chose, and the message you saw, if any.
There's no need to attach the video itself. We never see the videos you compress, and we'd rather keep it that way.
